The PROFIREX prefabricated pumping station in a modular shelter (BK NSP) is a prefabricated transportable modular building solution. PROFIREX BK NSP is constructed as a frame or full steel structure, depending on the required degree of fire resistance, strength characteristics and other customer requirements.
The PROFIREX BK NSP is a fire pumping station that provides a water supply that is installed inside the modular shelter.
The PROFIREX BK NSP is made of one or more modules, which allows for easy transportation to the site and optimizes the cost of transportation.

PI&D of the PROFIREX BK NSP
The PROFIREX BK NSP is supplied to customers equipped with the following systems:
- Pumping module, which includes operating and standby units;
- Instrumentation (instrumentation and automation system);
- Valves;
- Control system;
- Power supply;
- Lighting;
- Heating;
- Ventilation;
- Auxiliary switchboard;
- Fire alarm system;
- Lightning protection.
The PROFIREX pumping fire extinguishing stations (NSP) are equipped in buildings and structures where water / foam automatic fire extinguishing systems are installed to protect the premises. They are as also installed as an internal firefighting water supply and ensure the required water flow is available.
The choice of NSP type and capacity depends on the facility characteristics, fire-extinguishing method, and the type of water supply source used for firefighting purposes – (fire pond, reservoir, outdoor water supply of the facility/populated area).
NSP can be stationary (located in permanent buildings) or a modular enclosure. PROFIREX BK NSP is designed for use in various industrial facilities as boost pumping stations for water and foam firefighting.
The PROFIREX BK NSP can be manufactured in different climatic modifications to be placed at production facilities with operating conditions of ambient temperatures from minus 60 °С to plus 40 °С and can be used in any macroclimatic regions of Russia, including areas with temperate and cold climates (UHL), sea climates and arctic climates.
The PROFIREX BK NSP is supplied with set of spare parts and accessories for maintenance and repair of the pumping equipment, power supply systems, and control system (specification of spare parts and accessories is defined when placing an order).
